All of our fitness programs have been developed by Ken Kasper with over 30 years of experience as a personal trainer helping people make the lifestyle change you need. Our committed goal is your success so every group personal training workout is tailored to your individual needs, and don't worry if you have the usual or even unusual aches and pains our team works regularly with special needs clients from Diabetes to lower back pain. You will be able to do these workouts.
Our Fit For 50 team, is women over the age of 50, group personal training together, supporting each other towards their lifestyle change goals. We meet weekly on Zoom Monday nights at 7:05 pm CST, during this meeting we discuss topics, plan our fitness programs, weigh in virtually, set next week's goals, and talk about last week's goals. We also have social media support groups for nutrition and workouts!
We understand that adapting new habits for lifestyle change is difficult and often requires many tries. Our goal is to change your view on your fitness program, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. Group personal training really puts the fun into your exercise program and it is so affordable!
Commitment is the key because it leads to consistency and that is when big things happen. We ask you to commit to a smoothy, 3 workouts a week and try to cut the sugar.
Our team is often women who have taken care of everyone else and have not properly taken care of themselves who want to stop that behavior! We support eachother weekly Monday nights at 7pm.
