What is Virtual Personal Training®?
Start with a phone consult with your trainer, they will design your workout based on your time, equipment and goals then send it to your e-mail complete with visual instructions. After you do your first workout, your trainer will check in to see what changes need to be made and send you your revision. You will communicate weekly with your trainer, updating your routine and following up to redesign your workout each month based on your progress.
