2014 is rapidly approaching and it’s the time when many people decide to start exercising for the new year. Maybe some want to lose weight, noticed they need to get stronger or they need to be healthier for your family. The fact is, 85% of these people will start and then end up making the same resolution for next year, because around February that momentum is lost.
Health is the most important thing and the truth is, no one can take care of their family if they are not well. Most of us settle for living at a fraction of our true potential. As a country, our economy spends one-sixth of our budget on health, most of which is to doctors or hospitals after we have gotten ill. We spend 62 Billion a year on methods like health club memberships, nutritional supplements and other prophylactics. However most people do not use these tools to get in shape with regularity.
The funny thing is minimal money could be spent to stay fit and healthy. Fast walking, push ups, pull ups, squats, jumping jacks are all free. However, all of us at one time or another lack the discipline or motivation to do these. Interestingly enough, 100% of our personal training clients workout and are soon fit after weeks!
