I’ve been asked multiple times “what is your philosophy on training?” What most individuals forget to realize is how strong and complex the human body is. It can be pushed to extreme limits. It endures pain. It experiences exhaustion. Somehow it adapts. “Training” is ones ability to put the body through physical and mental exercise, conditioning it for a purpose. Whether that purpose is a specific sport or the ability to efficiently stand up, each persons’ body reacts to training differently. Everyone has different goals, and my role is reminding each individual that I work with, that the body can do amazing things.
