Group fitness training
Group fitness training is more than just follow the leader boot camp. Unlike the typical boot camp where participants complete the same circuit that everyone else does our group fitness boot camp individualizes everyone’s workout. Our instructors are constantly monitoring each participant to make sure they are on task and using proper form.
The trainer is actually training several people at one time interacting with each client building a rapport and getting to know their personality. Adapting the routine to each person’s needs for that day, if someone isn’t feeling particularly energetic they find out why and adapt. It could be that client is ill and shouldn’t be exercising that day or it could be they are just not motivated and so it’s time for a little trainer motivation! Even the way the trainer motivates is geared towards each clients needs, some people will respond to a drill sergeant others a cheer leader, you get what you need!
