How you adapt your workout to your time depends on what kind of shape you are in. If you haven’t worked out in 3 weeks or more, you should probably start out with 20 or 30 minutes of light activity. If you’ve gotten into the swing of things, increasing the intensity for a time sensitive workout may be more beneficial to you.
