What do you charge?
We have several factors that go into our cost, travel time, parking, number of sessions bought and of course experience level of trainers. Our goal is to provide you with the trainer that best suits your needs as well as budget, not all trainers are equally qualified and not all clients need a trainer with corrective exercise experience or other skills that are developed. Our goal is to match you with a trainer that best fits all of your needs.
Where is your gym?
We are a mobile training service, our specialty is coming to you for the sake of convenience. We do have some gyms where we can train clients but there are limited locations and we may have to pay a trainer fee which may be reflected in our pricing.
Do I need exercise equipment?
No we bring everything you will need to get a great workout.
Are you familiar with my gym?
With over 25 years experience in the in home training business, there are gyms we have never seen…but not many. When necessary we may take a few moments to familiarize ourselves with your equipment.
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
We ask for 24 hours advanced notice, if you are sick then we ask you make the session up. Obviously if you are traveling just let us know ahead of time.
How often should I train?
Our most successful clients train 3 days a week. To save money many clients will train 1 or 2 days a week this allows them 1 or 2 great workouts with their trainer and then the other days they do what the trainer tells them to do via our Virtual Personal Training service. Some people just do the Virtual Personal Training to gain the guidance it can provide. Some people have a session once a month to give them a new and different routine to follow, the real answer is whatever you need and can afford.

What is Virtual Personal Training®?
Virtual Personal Training® is a support system to get you fit, you are placed in contact with one of our trainers who will listen to your goals, design a routine for you to follow and follow up with you to help you stay on task.
Do I have to make a long commitment?
You can sign up for Virtual Personal Training® for whatever duration you’d like, we offer discounts for the longer commitment you are willing to make. The reason we do this is many of our clients want to lose weight and that requires more time to be successful.
Is Virtual Personal Training® for me?
Virtual Personal Training® is designed with the customer who works out regularly but needs a better plan to reach their goals, it is not the same as a trainer who comes to your home and works you out.
How do I sign up?
This is a really new concept and we think we invented it, the delivery part is working great! Our sign up system is not as bad as the new Healthcare.gov system but it might be better for now to just call 773-775-2865 and we will take care of it for you.
Can Virtual Personal Training® be combined with Personal Training services?
We can provided you are in the Chicagoland area.
Do I need a smartphone to do Virtual Personal Training®?
No, we can send the workout via e-mail, fax or snail mail however the video and the quick links to contact your trainer are not as convenient, but are available by other means.
How do I know which is best for me?
Virtual Personal Training® is designed with the customer who works out regularly but needs a better plan to reach their goals, we do offer a strong support system for all of our Virtual Personal Training® clients, but we do not show up at their homes and make them workout.
How often can I talk to my trainer through Virtual Personal Training®?
Each session includes a phone consultation that only takes 15 minutes, you could do it on the way to work, after you have completed your first workout there will be a follow up via e-mail, text or phone to make any adjustments to the routine necessary. Your next contact will be weekly when your your trainer contacts you to see how you are doing. You can always call your trainer, our trainer hotline or our social media if you have a question.
What type of fitness equipment is required Virtual Personal Training?®?
None. Since our customized programs are unique to each individual, we can design a program with no equipment or just dumbbells or even for use with a club membership. So whatever equipment you do or don’t have, we can work with you!
